Letter studio
Design the letters this market sends. Choose a template, write the words, set the type and the brand, point the QR code — then save it. Saved templates become selectable when you plan a run under Letter campaigns, which is where recipients, counts and budget live. Nothing mails from this page.
Library templates are shared. Editing one saves a copy to this market — the original stays untouched.
Write in the letter itself. Click any paragraph on the page and type — the words you see are the words that print.
Merge fields: {{first_name}} {{sold_address}}
{{sold_price}} {{city}} — filled per household at export.
Type them anywhere in the letter.
Direct mail reads best between 10.5 and 12 point typeset. Handwriting needs more — 13 to 15 — because the x-height is smaller than the point size suggests.
US Letter is the envelope and paper stock the USPS mail stream actually uses. A4 is here if a run prints outside the US.
Lower is a careful hand, higher is a rushed one. Every letter is drawn stroke by
stroke, so the third e in a paragraph is not a copy of the first — which is the tell
that gives a handwriting font away.
The hand only applies to the body. The letterhead, QR caption and footer stay typeset, because a hand-drawn licence disclosure reads as evasive.
Every letter carries a code. On a run it is swapped for that campaign's tracking code, so scans and signups are attributed to the run — a custom URL here becomes the destination after the scan is counted.
